A Scout’s Winter camp Prayer.
Dear God,
We thank you for the food we eat,
The blazing fire,
and the friends we meet,
the cabin that we spent the night
instead of tents:
where we’d get frostbite.
We thank you for the B.L.T.’s,
the great pancakes,
the soft cool breeze.
It was real cold but we had fun.
The fun we had, could not be sold.
The end has come but that’s okay,
I’m sure we’ll meet again someday.
